Welcome to Srinagar, the Lake City. Upon arrival in Srinagar, begin your tour of Splendid Kashmir. You will be transferred to your hotel. Proceed on a city tour visiting the Shankracharya Temple, situated on the highest hill of Srinagar, and the famous Mughal Gardens—Chashmashahi, Nishat, and Shalimar. These gardens were the Mughal Emperors' vision of paradise and are now popular picnic spots. Also, visit a handicraft shop where you can purchase local hand-crafted items such as shawls, jackets, bed covers, paper mache, carpets, and more. In the evening, take a leisurely stroll along Dal Lake, exploring the local markets. Overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.

Today, embark on a full-day excursion to the picturesque Meadow of Gold, Sonamarg. Sonamarg is the last stop in the Kashmir district, from where the territory of Ladakh begins. Situated at an altitude of 2,743 meters above sea level, the fast-flowing Sindh River makes it popular for trout and mahseer fishing in summer. You can opt for a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in the snow and ice (at your own cost). Return to the hotel in Srinagar in the evening. Overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.

In the morning, drive to Gulmarg, the Meadow of Flowers. The route from Srinagar to Gulmarg is fascinating and will mesmerize you with its beauty. Gulmarg is famous worldwide for skiing and snowboarding. During the British Raj, Gulmarg hosted British and European visitors, and they developed a European-style hill resort. In Gulmarg, you’ll find European surroundings and an 18-hole golf course. Enjoy a Gondola Cable Car Ride, the world’s highest and Asia’s longest cable car (at your own cost, book your gondola tickets online). Take part in photography, horse riding, and shopping at this beautiful snow point, and enjoy the gondola ride to Kongdoori and Apharwat. In the evening, return to Srinagar. Early in the morning, leave for Pahalgam, the Valley of Shepherds, situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from the Lidder River and Sheeshnag Lake. En route, visit the Awantipura Ruins, an 1100-year-old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, built by King Awantivarman. Upon arrival in Pahalgam, enjoy the surrounding beauty or walk to Baisaran, about 2 km from Pahalgam. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pahalgam.

After breakfast, visit Aru Valley, Betab Valley, and Chandanwari by car (at your own cost). Aru is a small village located 11 km upstream along the Lidder River, known for its picturesque beauty and ample campsites. This village is the starting point for treks to the Kolahoi Glacier. The most beautiful part of the area is the huge, undulating meadow of Baisaran, surrounded by thickly wooded pine forests. On the way to Chandanwari, visit Hajan and Betab Valley. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pahalgam.

After lunch, transfer to Srinagar. Enjoy the scenic views as you travel from Pahalgam to Srinagar. Upon reaching Srinagar, visit any remaining sightseeing spots in the city. Afterward, check into the houseboat. Overnight stay in a houseboat in Srinagar.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey, taking with you everlasting memories.
